The Friends of
Shipley Windmill are urgently in need of more
people prepared to
volunteer time to help maintain the
mill and open it up to the public.
When available, flour can be bought at the mill, together with
a range of souvenirs, videos, models, cards etc., as well as
limited edition prints of Shipley
and other Sussex mills. A new
Shipley mug is also now available, and looks very
smart.
School and other group visits can be arranged at other times,
subject to the availability of volunteers.
Shipley Windmill served as
the fictional home of the hero of the BBC Television series
Jonathan Creek.
